One day I was in need of a good snack and I didn’t want anything peanut butter or chocolate for that matter. It seemed all the snacks I saw that were SF included one of those, and this day I wasn’t having it… thus my little Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait was born.
It’s light… delicious… high in protein… and very satisfying for your sweet tooth!
2 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 large thawed strawberries
(you can use fresh but they might be more tart and you would need to use a mini-food processor)
1 1/2 tsp. ground Truvia (or other sweetener of choice)
Mix and eat!
(Or you can do like me and add a little FF Ready Whip in top. Yummy!)
*If you used raw strawberries, just put all your ingredients into a small food processor so it can mix your berries in really well. I used frozen berries, thawed because they mix so easily. I was hungry and wanted my snack now. lol*
